More translations: Danish, Dutch and German

Jan 13th 2003 -- Thanks to Peter J. Slot and Ingo Herz, we now have new translations of Aegir CMS available: Danish, Dutch and German.
The translations have now been included to the development version of Aegir CMS, and will become available in tomorrow's Nightly Build.
