New Midgard Installation Manual

A new Midgard Installation Manual was published in Midgard Documentation area yesterday. This new guide includes information about the new datagard-powered installation procedure in Midgard 1.6.x series, and includes several new chapters:
- Installation from distribution packages (RPMs and DEBs)
- Datagard installation
- Setting up a new database with datagard
- Creating a new VirtualHost with datagard
- Installing additional packages including MultiLang conversion with datagard
- Troubleshooting the Midgard setup
- Upgrade notes from 1.5 or older to 1.6 with datagard
