Midgard's IRC services temporarily down (UPDATED: move to Freenode)

Torben Nehmer, the Midgard IRC server maintainer just wrote the
following note to the developer list:
unfortunately, the server which hosted the IRC daemon is now completly broken. Thus, until further notice, IRC will be offline. We currently working on getting an alternative running, but it might take a few days until we have one. I will keep you posted, until then I ask for your patience.
We will update this item as soon as the services are back in
shape.
