MidCOM 2.0.0-RC1 - Filesystem Release Candidate 1 released

GUENZBURG 2004-12-03: This is the first release candidate of the upcoming Filesystem Release, currently scheduled for 2004-12-20.
Getting MidCOM 2.0.0-RC1
As usual, you can download MidCOM 2.0.0-RC1 from its project page. Alternativly, you can head for CVS at Tigris.
CVS is actually recommended if you want to participate in
bughunting, it will make upgrades to new development versions as
trivial as an cvs update. Just ensure that you switch to the 2.0 development branche at start using cvs update -r branch-2_0; all commits towards the final release will be made to this branch. It can be assumed, that this branch is stable enough for production usage.
Open points before the final release:
- Rewrite installation instructions
- Replace n.n.discussion with the version running on www.midgard-project.org, the current CVS trunk one is broken
- Write as much API docs as possible
