Fixed Aegir CMS 1.0 RC1 package released

Jan 29th 2003 -- The Aegir CMS developer team has released a fixed Aegir CMS 1.0 RC1 package to address several problems found in the original 1.0 RC1 package:
- Localization logging caused error messages
- There were arbitary person and group objects in the package
The new package is available from the download page. MD5sum of the new package is:

Note: Users who are upgrading from old Aegir CMS betas of Nightly Builds should remove the snippetdir /AegirCore/Localization before installing Aegir CMS 1.0 RC1 to prevent duplicate translation entries from appearing.
