Midgard 1.4.4 released

MUNICH Dec 19th 2002 -- The Midgard development team has now released a new stable version of the Midgard Content Management Framework.
The new release includes many bug fixes, and also two important functionality enhancements for Aegir CMS users:
- Deleted objects should now be replicated properly between staging and live
- The "Nadmin Studio" event functions are now part of the Midgard release, so patching Midgard to support Aegir CMS is not needed any more
