IRC Server moved to new host.

As a quick note, a more elaborate discussion follows later in my own blog: The Midgard IRC services have been moved to another host. Due to missing credencials for the Midgard DNS Admin (I'm investigating) you can no longer connect to irc.midgard-project.org, instead, use irc.nehmer.net or irc.io.link-m.de (both CNAMES to the same host) until further notice. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
