Hotfix release for midgard-php4 package.

Two days after latest stable release midgard-php4 1.7.5.1 is released. This hotfix resolves PHP_CREATE_REPLIGARD_VOID problem which affected snippetdir copy function in php module. It's recommended to update midgard-php4 module as it affects different php environments in different ways. PHP can not be used with midgard module at all or can be silently ignored depending on your distribution.
