Midgard for Mac OS X is now easy

While the current Midgard 1.7.0 does not run on Mac OS X, preparations are underway for a 1.7.1 release which will add support for Mac OS X and other BSD-style operating systems.

For those eager to test it out, get a CVS checkout and try Robert Guerra's Fink packaging files for Midgard or perform a source installation.
