Midgard for PHP5

There is now a patch for compiling the Midgard PHP extension to PHP5. The patch has been tested with PHP 5.0.1.
Michiel Rook sent his PHP5 support patch to the midgard-dev list with the following comments:
Included as an attachment is a patch against the last midgard-php4 debian package (1.6.0beta), to get it to compile (and work) with php5. It has been tested against the php5.0.1 package at dotdeb.org.
I've slapped this patch together in a hurry, and I've tested it "okayish", which means there's probably quite a few holes to plug. Feel free to comment.
The PHP5 patch is available from the mailing list archives.
PHP5 contains quite many improvements over the PHP4 series, especially in object-orientedness. PHP.net has a migration guide available.
