Description

`bool **mgd_is_topic_owner** (int topic)`

Minimum version: Midgard 1.1.1

Checks whether the authenticated user is owner of the topic record with id id.

Returns TRUE if the user is owner of the record. Returns FALSE if the user is not owner of the record.
