Page Approval

1. Task

Approval is required for each web page to become active on-line (in Staging/Live systems). Only the authorized group of people as defined in Groups & People have the access to this Approve function. (These people must also be in the group who own the website)

Task

1. Select the desired web page from the list under website.
2. Click on the Approve tab from the right to display the Approve window.

3. Choose one from the four available approval status to assign to the page.

   1. Not Approved - set the page to be not approved
   2. Always Approve - set the page to be always approved
   3. Approve Now - set the page to be approved and activated in the next replication.
   4. Activate on Start Date - set the page to be approved and activated on the given date.

4. Press Submit to confirm.

Observe that the status icon next to the web page will be updated accordingly.
