Restrictions for the number of file attachments
Mon June 14 2010 13:26:24 UTCHello everybody,
After upgrading our system to the newest 8.09.8 version, users have only been able to add 19 file attachments to any article or topic through the imagepopup-interface (at least with n.n.static & n.n.blog components). However this restriction does not affect the number of image uploads through the same interface.
After the 19th file attachment has been added, the next upload fails silently without any error messages. Imagepopup just displays the same list of file attachments but the last upload is not included in the file list nor added to the blobs table. If I remove one of the 19 attachments, I am then again able to add that one more file but no more. We have many articles and topics which have more than 19 attachments but they were all uploaded before upgrading to the 8.09.8 version.
I have reviewed the midcom debug logs for the succesfull and unsuccesfull uploads but they do not provide any information on why the upload fails.
Is there a configuration option for the maximum number of attachments for an object or do you have any idea what else could explain this behaviour?
Best Regards,
Marko
