HTML Purifier and PHP4

  1. HTML Purifier and PHP4

    Hi, all

I just noticed that latest HTML Purifier has ceased to work with PHP4.
Not a big deal since PHP4 support has anyway been deprecated from
MidCOM, but still a nasty surprise you can encounter when upgrading
    MidCOM or DM2 with PEAR.

I made a quick patch to DM2 which will disable HTML Purifier on PHP4
setups in order to avoid parse errors. I'll commit and package it
    later today.

    Hi,

Ok, PHP4 compatibility fixes for both midcom_helper_datamanager2 and midcom_helper_replicator have been released.

Now, would be great to start migrating to MidCOM 2.9 soon so we could get rid of PHP4 support...

    /Henri
