problem is fixed also on production.

Now, a concern:
i18n service uses cache for translation files and it is OK unless one
uses flatfile for backend. Flatfile backend uses translation file path
for cache key which is out of sense and cache module is unable to create
cache file thoriwng non crit errors.
IMHO no use for copying files from one place to another and I tend to
wrap it with checking cache backend.
OTOH, sanitizing cache filenames would also do the job. So what is the
best way?
