Patch to ISPman REL1.0
The patch should apply cleanly to a CVS checkout of ISPman REL_1_0. If you want it applied against HEAD, you'll have to patch http.lib and ApacheMan.pm manually.
Note: you also need the CVS version of Aegir's ExternalUpdater add-on and the ldapplugin.
When you have run the patch, you should be able to run
make ispman
make midgard
make install_*
and test it a bit.
What the patch does:
It makes it possible to create vhosts on different serverports so that you can create midgard staging/live hosts as well as encrypted hosts.
