Info about the conference room
- Conference is up to 40 people.
- Air condition
- Multimedia devices like projector pluggable to notebooks
- Flipchart table
- Encrypted wifi
Conference room will cost 87 euros per day, plus we have lunch and coffee break from the hotel both days, that will cost about 10 euros per day (7,5 euros per lunch, 3 euros per coffee break /per person). So bring extra 10 euros per day with you for the expences.
Also, if there are enought people coming early on friday and there are no reservations for the conference room, we might book it for some hours. So, as soon as you have booked your flights and know just about what time you are coming to Lodz, please inform us, so we can make decisions.

Info about travelling in Poland
The easiest way to come to Lodz from Warsaw airport is by bus:
Bus departure from Okecie airport is at:
- 14:30
- 16:30
Train
From Okecie airport take a bus 175, and leave on "DW. CENTRALNY" stop (about 10 stops).
(You can take a taxi as well).
There is train (every 30 minutes) from Warsaw Central Station to Lódz-Fabryczna.
Hotel is 2km away from train and bus station in Lódz.
